Laughter Yoga
Jeffrey Pears is a chaplain, mental health counselor, and life coach who helps others live fuller and happier lives. Five years ago he discovered laughter yoga; a series of breathing, stretching, clapping, and laughing exercises proven to reduce stress and refresh the mind. Today he is one of a few individuals on Kauai who offer free laughter and humor sessions to groups, organizations, and schools.
